Humulus — Hops
Two species in Delaware.

Humulus japonicus, Japanese Hops
The pistillate flower bracts are fringed, and the leaves have 5-7 lobes. An invasive alien.

Humulus lupulus, Hops
The pistillate flower bracts are not fringed, and the leaves have 3-5 lobes. A North American native, its status in Delaware is uncertain. This is the species used in brewing beer.
